Thad is an editorial and fine art photographer based in Providence, Rhode Island. Born and raised in suburban Boston, his interest in the American landscape first began when he drove west to attend college. After graduating from Stanford, he worked in Los Angeles as an advertising art director and freelance photographer. Thad returned to his native New England to attend the Rhode Island School of Design, receiving his MFA in photography in 2006.
